Why do you sometimes need to charge for call-out?
If you reside in the Lincoln area, you are exempt from our call-out charge. Please refer to our map. If you live as far as Grantham, Newark or Nottingham area we only take a small charge to cover the cost of fuel to come out to you. Click here for more details.
